Understand the user department requirement, design , vendor co-ordination ,technical discussion and approval, planning ,execution , handing over to user.
Co- ordination with vendors, suppliers and Govt Agencies.
Review the work execution for major Electrical,Instrumentation , HVAC,Utility,BMS and Equipments.
Material procurement and work allocation, monitoring.
To steer Meetings with vendors, sub contractors.
HSE site management as per ISO,EMS and OSHAS.
Handling a team at site of about 50 personnel.
Execution , Bill /invoice certification.
