Credit Card Fraud Specialist/Customer Service/Phone Support
Hi! I'm Mai, an experienced Customer Service Representative for 5+ years and as a Financial Fraud Specialist for almost 3 years.
I have worked in an AT&T account as a Customer Service Associate wherein I resolved customers with their cellular phones warranty service concerns and troubleshooting. I also answered questions and complaints via phone, email, chat, give information about product and services, and take orders and process returns.
As a Fraud Specialist, I had helped the bank minimize and mitigate lose due to fraudulent activity. Also, part of my job was to monitor and research account suspicious activity, as well as process card cancellation, issue card replacements, account holds and releases.
