a) Recluit and selection through of attraction channels, apply psychometric test, induction and follow up of performance in proof period.
Strategic plan in the budget creation, internal policies, internal work regulations, and update of process manuals.
b) Work the training plans for area, since DNC template, budget, negotiation with training suppliers, INSAFORP process until the training execution.
c) Create activities of organizational development, through performance test, job environment test and work in actions plans, hight potential plans.
d) Create benefits and work plan of competitive compensations, showing proposals of salary scales based in market analysis, also agreements with fast food companies, ophthalmology, odontology and english academies.
Work in salaries payrolls, social security, retirement funds, taxes with government.
e) To Do the human resources reports; absenteeism, personal forecast, headcount, staff turnover, training and government.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Achieve reduce turnover (from 50% to 5%), absenteeism (from 40% to 20%), have a salary scale according to market, have a training plans 2014 for each area. Recognition of good environment for support in medical campaign. Win more telecommunications projects in local market to be lider.

Master degree in Human Resources Management (graduated) at Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration (graduated) at Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador.
LANGUAGES:

TECHNOLOGIES:
Competence as user in software Microsoft, and digital tools: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, internet explorer, adobe photoshop, publisher. HR Software and payrolls system.
