I always works under this conditions: Sincerely, i will tell you if i can do a thing, if i cannot do it, i will tell you, but don't ask more that two times the same thing.I will tell you the timing to send you the work done. If you don't like it is ok for you, please tell me and we can solve it.I don't like when every time people call me on Skype, and get nervous because the website is not done, REMEMBER, i will schedule the timing and it will be done at the time.Payment:I always ask for the payment like this: 1 half at the beginning and 1 half at the end of the job. If you don't like this, I'm sorry, but i will look into my benefits, and i had some bad experiences about that the employer just ask for the jobs and at the end of time, they don't pay, and let me out of payment. This is so bad...
