Record all letters received into the relevant files, ensure that all the files are in a safe and orderly condition, control and record the movement of files
which is under the unit and department, processing of letters or reports that have been signed by the officer to be sent out, dealing with meeting arrangements, such as:
• Make a circular letter calling for a meeting by hand, phone, fax or e-mail.
• Make confirmation of attendance.
• Provide equipment for meetings such as stationery and so on.
• Bookings meeting by a specified date.
• Make food and drink orders according to current needs.
Work Terms
working maximum 5 hours per day, payment per hours, preferred English and Malay communication.
