Work Terms

Work Terms – Branvate Digital Marketing
Thank you for your interest in working with Branvate. To keep everything professional and organized, please review these terms before starting any project.

🔹 Client Info
Before we begin, clients must share their name, location, and a clear overview of the project requirements.

🔹 Project Agreements
Each project starts with a proposal. Once the scope, timeline, and budget are agreed upon, a Project Agreement (PA) is finalized outlining all terms.

🔹 Payments
All payments are processed through SafePay Escrow.

Short-term projects: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Larger projects: 20–25% upfront with milestone-based billing.

Extra work beyond scope is billed at $75/hour.

🔹 Late Payments
Invoices must be cleared within 3 business days. A 5% late fee applies after that. Work may pause if payment is delayed more than 7 days, and after 15 days, action may be taken.

🔹 Cancellations
For ongoing or retainer projects, a 30-day notice is required. A cancellation fee equal to one month’s work or 15% of the project value (whichever is higher) applies.

🔹 Meetings
The first consultation is complimentary. Any additional calls or meetings may be included in the agreement or billed separately.

🔹 Final Deliverables
Final work is delivered once all agreed payments are received.
