I'm a civil engineer and founder of Civitect Creations, with a degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and over two years of hands-on experience. Since 2022, I’ve specialized in crafting detailed 3D designs, floor plans, and animations for a variety of projects, from residential villas to commercial interiors. My recent work includes designing and rendering four showrooms for ACI Premio Plastic, creating engaging and functional spaces.

Work Terms

1. Availability: I am available for communication and project updates Saturday to Thursday 9 AM to 9PM (GMT+6). Weekend work is possible upon request, depending on project requirements and deadlines.


2. Project Scope: Before beginning any project, I will discuss the project details, objectives, and specific requirements to ensure clarity and alignment. If any additional features or modifications are requested during the project, we will review and agree upon the adjustments.


3. Payment Terms: Payments are to be made through Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency. A percentage of the project fee is required upfront as a milestone, with subsequent payments tied to deliverable milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.


4. Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction and quality. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be provided at an agreed-upon rate.


5. Confidentiality: All project information will remain confidential. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.


6. Deliverables: Deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (e.g., PDF, DWG, MP4, or SketchUp files) by the set deadlines. I am committed to timely delivery and will keep you updated on the progress throughout the project.
