In my current position as a Accountant/bookkeeper at Modern Group, I am responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements, Clients Management, Handle special cases (Refunds, customer credits, void the transaction and automate recurring transactions) Special accounting and bookkeeping (pay sales tax, record depreciation, track and reorder inventory, inventory adjustments) Monthly & yearly budget preparation and posting, E-commerce Bookkeeping (Amazon FBA, Shopify etc.)
I also collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
