Work Terms
1. Services Offered
I provide a wide range of graphic design services, including but not limited to:
Logo Design
Brand Identity
Marketing Materials (flyers, brochures, posters)
Social Media Graphics
Website Graphics
Any custom graphic design needs
2. Rate and Payment
My hourly rate is $15.
Payments are processed via [your preferred payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].
For new clients, a deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
3. Project Initiation
To start a project, please provide a detailed brief outlining your business idea and specific requirements.
Initial consultation and discussions are free of charge.
4. Revisions
I am very patient with revisions and ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the initial quote.
Additional revisions will be charged at the hourly rate of $15.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project.
Estimated delivery time will be provided after reviewing the project details.
6. Communication
Communication is conducted primarily via email. However, other methods (e.g., phone, messaging apps) can be arranged if necessary.
I am committed to responding to all client communications within 24 hours.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
8. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives the full rights to the final design.
I reserve the right to use the work for self-promotion in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice.
In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all completed work up to the termination date.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
My goal is to ensure you are completely
