Median is an economical, fully customizable, data and content organization and reporting system that automates information-based business processes.

My background cuts across business and software technology and includes outside consulting and internal management positions.

Throughout my career I have striven to simplify information-based on the front lines of business, and I've developed a variety of software tools and systems that have streamlined and simplified individual tasks and complete end-to-end processes.

I also have expertise with enterprise systems including augmenting them with additional data, and integrating data from multiple sources, to create a variety of reports used for different purposes and tailored for specific audiences.

Median is a software application that I developed based on my collective experiences in information-based work including those working on the front lines and those as a consultant and manager helping my clients and co-workers, respectively, to eliminate manual work and capture and publish high quality information.

Median is only one part of Median Business Solutions - the technology part. The business component fits hand-in-glove with the technology component as it's focused on defining and solving core business issues vis-a-vis business processes and the information that accompanies them.

My goal is to help my clients by eliminating manual work so they and their teams can work on higher value tasks, and giving them self-service tools they can use to collect, manage, and publish high quality information.

Median accomplishes the core elements of that goal by allowing people to create their own custom data entry forms and reports, which are based on fully customizable databases, that help prevent data entry errors and ensure data quality and integrity.

Since my focus is on helping clients solve their business problems the software, while important and necessary, is secondary to ensuring the right business problems are solved. Thus, I have made Median licenses very economical, in some scenarios free, to make it easily accessible to those who need it.
