I possess 18 years of expertise in the field of US Real Estate, with a strong focus on Lease Abstraction and Lease Administration. Started my career journey with CRE process, I have worked for various types of Lease agreements and played a significant role of SME. At AMP e-Technologies, I started managing Lease Abstractions Projects as a Team Lead, where I performed Quality check level along with Lease Abstraction Training given to the new resources. Then, moved to Retransform where I have started with Lease Administration services using extensive knowledge of Lease Abstraction. At that moment, I have joined Right Sourcing solution for working on Networking leases along with Site upgrade amendments. Further, worked on Lease Abstraction projects. Then, I joined to Annet Technologies where I managed 4 to 5 clients for Lease Administration projects. At the time, I moved to Maxval Technologies to upgrade my career plans. Unfortunately, assigned Project has not signed Hence, I took decision to quit from there. At last, I joined IBM as an Operation Manager to perform operational activities, working on KPI and Metrics, Client and Stakeholder Management, Quality Management, Team Management, IBM Training Management, Outlook Management, etc...

This is all about my experience in CRE services. If I would given a chance, I can exhibit my skills and potential to reach business goals.
