Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Operational hours are 9AM to 6PM IST, Five Days/Week. Urgent matters outside regular hours can be worked.

Payment Terms:
Payment due within 10 days after completion of project or milestone. Accepted methods include Mobile banking, Net Banking Methods.

Preferred Communication Style:
We prefer Skype, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp for regular communication and recommend Voice Call for urgent matters.

Project Updates:
Regular updates and milestones will be communicated through Google Meet, Zoom, Skype to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Feedback and Revisions:
Feedback via regular communication chhanel or during review meetings is encouraged for prompt revisions and alignment with project vision.

Confidentiality and Data Security:
We prioritize confidentiality and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data and intellectual property.

Change Requests:
Changes to scope or specifications should be communicated in writing, evaluated for feasibility, and, if approved, incorporated into the project plan.

Closure and Handover:
Upon project completion, a comprehensive handover will include documentation, access credentials, and relevant training for ongoing management.
