I spend my days as a Captain in the Canadian Armed Forces; it includes a lot of editing, writing, and proofing National Defence documents. I am the previous owner of a yoga studio where I created, wrote, and managed a monthly newsletter, all social media content, as well as the studio website.

Work Terms
