Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Studio Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM [IST]
Weekend Availability: By appointment only for urgent requests or special projects.
Response Time: Typically within 24 hours during business days. For inquiries received outside of regular hours, responses will be provided the next business day.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to start the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Payment Schedule: Full payment is due upon delivery of the final artwork.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds are only available if work has not commenced. Partial refunds may be issued for projects that are canceled after significant progress.

Project Updates: Regular updates will be provided. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback at each stage to ensure the project aligns with their vision.
