Innovation + Engagement + High Qualitying Content= Writing
I want to create entertaining, inspirational, useful content to connect with your current and future audience.
Spontaneity and putting 100% of my effort into the things that make me most happy in life is my mantra.
I'm a runner, extrovert, and a hopeless lobster mac and cheese fiend. I believe in ice cream in the winter and binge listening to episodes of Serial podcasts.
I have worked in publishing for a year and half at Cell Press, a science and medical publishing house. Cell Press is a division of Elsevier based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I worked as an Editorial Assistant for the first year and got promoted to the Production department as a Publication Associate the following year. I have advanced skills in Photoshop design, writing, copy editing, quality checking, and stylizing papers. My experience both through customer service and working with internal colleagues across different Elsevier teams around the globe has made me value the efforts necessary to producing eye-catching, high quality content whilst also build meaningful relationships both internally and externally.
I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Writing and Rhetoric as well as an itch to continue writing, editing, and contributing my unique set of skills to help communicate meaningful, unique ideas more effectively and clearly to a variety of audiences. I have written for a variety of companies including Save the Harbor, Save the Bay, a non-for-profit in Boston and the International Study Abroad (ISA) Blogging company. I contribute regularly to Dirty Water TV, a sports news and entertainment company, which has sparked my interest to freelance.
I want to tell a memorable story to your audience through alluring discourse that keeps your readers coming back for more.
