Taking Care of your Business needs as if it were my own!
I treat all clients and projects as if they were for my own business, making sure everyone is happy at the end of the day!Communication is key when collaborating on anything virtually, and I hold myself to a high standard when it comes to keeping in contact throughout all projects.
I have been working from the comfort of my home for several years now, but my administrative experience goes beyond 15 years within different industries.
After graduating from the Executive Administrative program, I immediately started working for the local Community Health Care center as a Team Assistant. Providing support to the several Case Managers on the team in a high volume, fast moving environment.
Once I had my son, I realized I didn't want to work in the high stress environment or continue working the rotating shifts my job required. Coincidentally, an acquaintance of mine that was a homeopathy was looking for some support in her office and we started to work together part time.
All business's require administrative support, depending on the industry, it can be slightly different but to progress into the future and grow its a must!
Her business grew so much, that she required another assistant, and continued to grow her business and services because she could! She could concentrate on growing instead of being bogged down with the functional tasks that come with being in business.Another natural health professional joined the office the next year, and began providing administrative services to her as well.
Through word of mouth, I started providing administrative services to a Website Developing and Marketing company where I learned about wordpress and website maintenance morphing my position to Project Coordinator. Working with developers and the client to make beautiful, functional websites!
