I have been in the call center industry since 2007. I have an experience being a Quality Coach, Customer Care Representative for billing, technical and all scopes in the customer service field. I also have an experience as a part time trainer, payroll analyst from ADP and fraud escalations and VIP assistance in JPMorgan Chase Bank. I love talking to people and I love the fact of being able to help others. Helping isn't just a job to me, it is my passion. I have a string telephone skills and coaching styles.
