I worked in a call center industry before as Customer Service Specialist. I've handled different clients from satisfied to irate ones. . I worked in a construction firm as QA/QC Engineer. Yes it is a technical job but my people skills were tested too. I have to deal with professionals and workers who have different attitudes and perception. In the same manner I was able to deliver accurate results on time. I was also given a chance to be a logistic officer in a company that deals with roof. I have proven to be definite and prompt in every task and schedules
