Paradigm Virtual Assist is based in Gauteng, South Africa. It was founded by Melissa Nicholson. Paradigm Virtual Assist identified a need for our services in the worldwide market, which came about with the worldwide recessions and fluctuating economies taking place. Small to large corporations are forced to cut budgets, retrench their staff and perform the same quantity and quality of work with less staff, resulting in less output.

Paradigm Virtual Assist is an independent contractor and therefore offers administrative/secretarial services which suit a client’s budget without having the additional costs of paying salaries, providing benefits or even providing equipment and office space for a permanent employee, therefore allowing a client’s administrative/secretarial needs to be met while letting you focus on more important business matters at hand.

We provide services to small and large businesses, entrepreneurs and students. Our services include : Database management, typing/word processing, proofreading, invoicing, quotations, travel arrangements (national and international), internet research, maintaining of electronic mailing lists, social media management, presentations, charts and graphs, dictation/transcription, writing of business documents as well as student dissertations and theses.

Melissa Nicholson is an experienced Virtual Assistant with over 12 years’ experience in the corporate world. She has extensive experience in the following fields: Executive personal assistance, travel arrangements (national and international), project management, diary management, event organising, recruitment, minute-taking, dictation, proofreading, typing, presentations and charts and more.
