I am a problem solver, excellent communicator, and dedicated worker who wants to help people. I get a thrill out of taking on a challenging, complex task and completing it successfully!

After working in the corporate world for almost 19 years I am looking forward to moving into the freelance world so that I have more flexibility to spend time with my 7 year old son. I have been a project manager in some capacity throughout my 19 year career and was frequently called upon to take on my company's most complex, riskiest projects because of my persistence in getting the job done successfully while building strong relationships with the customers I served. I thrive on problem solving and love learning new tips and tricks to be more efficient and effective in all that I do. My values center around focusing on building strong working relationship with others and I do that by showing compassion toward all those I work with and doing my job with the utmost integrity. I feel strongly that having good working relationships leads to success for all and I strive to peacefully and collaboratively resolve any conflict that arises. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my son, family, and friends. I do a lot of camping and enjoy getting away to the mountains of North Carolina whenever possible. I'm also a huge Appalachian State University Mountaineer football fan and thoroughly enjoy watching most any football teams play.

Work Terms

I am generally available for work from 8:30-5:30 ET Monday-Friday but also work during my downtime at night and on the weekends when I don't otherwise have plans. I prefer email and chat communication but always enjoy catching up over the phone as well.
