I have over 8 years in experience doing data entry for both state and federal websites, keeping records of clients up to date, creating documents of all files, maintaining files and able to achieve daily secretarial duties.
On a detailed, administrative side, I have experience with computers, and software. I have a heavy background in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and some experience in Excel. I have, in the past, created and published posters, brochures, training documents and schedules. I have experience entering data and reporting to both state and federal databases for record keeping, as well as updating and maintaining a web page. I have had the opportunity to help the startup of 2 separate facilities, creating work spaces, filing systems, data recording, and all public relation materials. Detail is very important to me, and I strive to make sure the end product is done correctly. I have access to high speed internet from home, and I have a smartphone, allowing me to be available at all times.
I have a quick mind to learn fast, and the drive to do the best that I can. The best way I learn is hands on, and by taking notes.
I am currently looking for a job that allows me to utilize my computer skills, my personality, and allows me to excel my skills, and work independently .
