Virtual Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper as one. I have more than 10 years of corporate work experience in various Administrative, HR, Executive Assistance, and Financial roles.
I have worked in various companies handling the following roles effectively;
Executive Assistant, in charge of taking up minutes of the meeting, organizing emails, managing travels such as booking flights, hotels, restaurants, and arranging ground transportation, project management tasks in Asana, Slack, Trello, and ClickUp, managing the day-to-day calendar of the CEO and prioritizing urgent appointments, filing and organizing corporate files, and providing general administrative support.
HR Manager, prepare and process appointments, computation of leave credits, and handles all tasks that keep the balance between employee needs and organization profitability.
Bookkeeper, books clean up, chart of accounts set up, sales and invoicing bank reconciliations, journal entries, closing reports, Quickbooks Online and MS Excel tasks.
