I am a conscientious professional with excellent communication and self-directed learning and problem-solving skills who can effectively relate with people of different cultures.

I'm Menie, 35 years old from the Philippines and have been working as a customer care representative and online independent contractor for several years. I have more than 5 years of exposure in the BPO industry where I handled provisioning, sales and billing tasks for clients from Canada and the US. I also had the chance to work in logistics and customer support in one of the leading companies here in the Philippines. As an online freelancer, I have accepted projects that require online research, data entry and as an English language contributor where I analyze data from various sources, compare them and determine their relationship. I recently completed a project as content editor mainly doing proofreading, editing and updating of website with the latest data. At the present, I am a Business English Trainer to Japanese professionals and businessmen.

Work Terms

I am seeking to be involved in a project which can become a consistent and lasting
source of income for my family. I can commit up to 40 hours of weekly requirement.
