AUTOCAD 3D MAX

- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledgeable about building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent visualization and spatial reasoning abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts is a plus.
