I founded A Task at A Time - Administrative Service because I truly enjoy providing the "back office" administrative support that helps the entrepreneur or business owners succeed. Throughout my professional career, I have worked with small business owners, entrepreneurs, accountants, realtors, and consulting firms, handling a wide-range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and consistently producing efficient and exceptionally high-quality work.
I pride myself in being discreet; therefore, as client confidentiality and privacy are a top priority, I will readily sign a confidentially agreement. To provide my clients with an extra level of security, I have submitted to and have passed a level 2 background check and I am Insured, Licensed and Bonded.
I obtained my Bachelor's in Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida. Also I'm fluent, speaking and writing, in Spanish.
