Quickbook Expert and Office Administrator Specialist
In my 10 years experience as an Office Administrator, I’ve been an expert in Quickbooks software application which focus on Inventory.
I handle the inventory system and supply chain management that is Quickbook really applies in my daily routine tasks.
My tasks are to include;
Conducts cycle count inventory to ensure accuracy and evaluate stock rotation process;
Analysis and I take charge to solve problems we encounter in the management
(decision maker);
Coordinates office and operational activities;
I take charge to manage phone calls and correspondences;
Makes reports and business proposals to clients;
I have an ability to do multi-task and as an achiever of being productive and efficient in all areas of our business transactions.
I am always up for challenges and eager to help forward in serving clients.
Work Terms
My rate will cost $6/hr. I can render a working hours from 8PM-11PM PHT Mondays-Saturdays. I am open for negotiations and I am enthusiastic to learn new skills.
