I am a person who learns quickly, I have very good communication skills and I have worked with Microsoft Store (customer service and technical support, over the phone and chat) for more than 3 years and then I dedicated myself completely to logistics (working remotely for a company located in the USA - So; this is not new for me); I know how to work directly with customers. I am respectful with clients and I am a very responsible person. I know how to track loads, check on drivers, I have experience on the phone, emails and chat with all type of Customers , like Fedex, Forward Air, TQL, Amazon, Ebay, TQI, LIME, Xbox, etc.
