Work Terms

WORK HOURS AND DAY:

12 Hour Shift Monday to Friday (Weekends if needed)
Australian Eastern Standard Time Melbourne Victoria (GMT+10)

PAYMENT TERMS:

For fixed price projects over $1000 USD

• 25% of the first Milestone at the start of the project
• Milestone payments are divided by the full budget amount

Example:
Client Budget: $10,000

• Upon agreement of the final proposal for milestones as discussed with a client, 25% Advance Payment of the client budget will be required at the start of the project = $2500 USD
• Milestone One; Concept Art / including daily updates $2000
• Milestone Two: Illustration Completion and Client Revision including daily updates = $2000
• Milestone Three: Final Delivery Project Completion = $3500 Final Delivery will be made after final payment.

For projects equal to or under $1000 USD :

• 50% upfront cost before work begins
• 50% on viewing completed work - Final Delivery will be made after final payment.

Milestones are set after thorough discussion with the client and am open to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to protect client information handed over.

Copyright Ownership
To protect my rights as the creator of any work I'm asked to produce, a copyright release agreement must be signed.
Under Copyright Law 'Work for Hire' copyright ownership only applies to employers who have employees on their payroll and work within the same brick and mortar premises.
As I am based in Melbourne Australia, I am under the Australian jurisdiction where I am automatically the copyright owner as creator of the work in the country it was produced.

I am flexible to discuss payment terms, copyright ownership and schedules that works best for both myself and the client.
