I am familiar with admin tasks and sales operation since I worked as production planner under sales department before for 45 months. As a Production Planner, I am tasked to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay and determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. I create daily reports such as sales, efficiency and responsible for the planning and smooth running of production processes; draw up a schedule of work, which is agreed with the production manager. Then, got hired in my next job in BPO industry. I was able to interact with customers from Samsung Home Entertainment US through phone call as well when I was working as customer service representative and we also respond through email. We opt to give our best or even extending special effort in order to get positive feedback from our clients/customers.
2019 was the happiest moment of my life when I gave birth to my first child. We always loved doing things together like playing, listening to music, and dancing. Though that means I need to stop working on the outside world to be a full-time mom, I still got the chance to work at home by seeking opportunities where my skills can be of help to anyone.
