I started my career back in 2017 as a recovery officer where I used CRM software to enter customer data into the system, our primary responsibility is to call debtors and ask for the payment of overdue installments.
in 2018 I switched to NBP and pursue my career as internal control officer where I used to check vendor payments in the finance department from sep-2018 to mar-2021,
