I am an IT professional with a diverse background in various roles, primarily focused on application and cloud support. Currently working at Accenture as an Associate in App/Cloud support since June 27, 2022, my responsibilities involve assisting clients in setting up their Microsoft Business tenant. I provide recommendations on subscriptions for small businesses, guide clients through the Admin portal/Admin centers, and conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on backend issues.
Prior to Accenture, I worked at Acquire as an Application Support Engineer (January 11, 2021 – May 21, 2022), where I configured auditing settings, set up SQL Management Studio and SQL Reporting Services, and handled Azure AD app configuration in the Azure portal.
My experience also includes a role at Wipro as a Process Associate (IT Service Desk) from June 14, 2018, to January 30, 2021. In this position, I served as an SME, handling responsibilities such as unlocking accounts, password resets, basic and advanced troubleshooting, and third-level support.
Before Wipro, I worked at Genpact as an Associate in IT Service Desk from January 26, 2015, to May 30, 2018, where I performed tasks such as password resets, basic troubleshooting for computers and printers, and created tickets for P1 or P2 incidents.
My primary skills include IT troubleshooting, and I have secondary skills in Office 365 and Microsoft 365. I have a strong background in data entry, data documentation, and research. In terms of technology, I am familiar with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user interfaces, ServiceNow ticketing system, and have experience as an Office 365 Administrator.
