I previously worked as a Food Service Specialist for more than two years where I was assigned in the field to directly be the direct point of contact of our clients and also offer upsell. As an agent of the company it is my job to provide good and honest service to our clients where I make sure I maintain good rapport with them especially that our company has a good name and solid reputation in the market.
Part of my working experience was also being an Event Host in a school-based project of an international food product. Our audience were children and teachers so I also maintaining a friendly and warm environment was always imperative.
