Hi there, I'm Michell Soares, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself with you today! I'm a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed. I have a diverse range of experience across a variety of industries, including eCommerce, education, and digital marketing.

Most recently, I worked as a Sales Director at mbudo, where I created and implemented B2B commercial strategies for the inbound marketing agency. I also handled communication between clients and HubSpot, provided product demos for CRM HubSpot to clients, and coordinated stakeholders and departments such as web development, social media, and SEO.

Before that, I worked as a Digital Recruiting Consultant at Randstad Spain, where I implemented commercial strategies, attracted new clients, and maintained the existing client portfolio. My responsibilities included the systematic market treatment of defined areas through CRM and in-house software tools, managing the entire selection process, and following up with clients and candidates after incorporation.
