I am a Resident of Raleigh North Carolina. Have Been in the Disaster Restoration Industry for Sixteen+ Years. Spent Two Years in the Field Acquiring Knowledge, Experience & IICRC Certifications. After Time Spent in the Field, I was Promoted to Estimator. Within Three Years I was the Operations Manager of a Multi-Million Dollar Full Service Restoration Company. From There I Explored Ownership. After Six Years of Ownership, I Decided to go back to What I do Best; Writing Estimates. My Experience in this Highly Competitive Industry is Inclusive of Every Aspect and Genre. Due to Residing in NC an Area that Endures Hurricanes, Tornadoes and Several Other Types of Weather Events I Have also Obtained a Large Amount of Storm Damage Estimating Experience, both Residential & Commercial.

I am Also Highly Effective When Writing Estimates for Homeowners or Business Owners who have Decided Not to File a Claim or it has Been Denied This Enables Project Managers to Achieve Desired Profit Margins.

Work Terms

1. All Estimates Will be Written Using Xactimate Version 28 Until a Higher Version is Required.
2. Required is a Legible Hand Written Sketch & Room by Room Scope (Take-Off).
3. Pictures Will be Named & Uploaded onto Estimate if Desired.
4. Any Revisions or Supplements Will be Provided at no Additional Cost.
5. Change Orders, Additions or Upgrades Will be Charged at Normal Hourly Rate,
6. Estimates Will be Completed & Returned via PDF & ESX Within 48 Hours if all Necessary Information to Complete Estimate is Received.
7. In Most Cases, if Project Scope & Sketch is Received Before Noon, it Will be Completed & Returned Next Business Day. Depending on Size and Complexity.
8. Rush Requests Will be Considered on a Case by Case Basis.
9. Projects Will be Accepted 24/7/365 and Business Days are Monday thru Saturday.
