Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available to work Monday through Friday. Depending on project requirements, I can offer flexibility to accommodate urgent tasks or tight deadlines, including potential weekend work.

Payment Terms:
I will take advantage of the platforms provided by Guru.com to ensure secured transactions for both parties. My standard rates are negotiable based on the complexity and scope of each project. Payment can be structured as follows:

1. Hourly Rate: For ongoing projects requiring continuous input and collaboration.
2. Fixed Price: For specific deliverables with a clearly defined scope.
3. Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments can be divided into milestones to ensure progress is tracked and expectations are met.

Invoices will be issued upon completion of each project or milestone, with a payment period of seven days from the invoice date. I value timely payments and open communication regarding any adjustments.

Preferred Communication Style:
I prioritize clear, concise, and transparent communication. My preferred channels for project discussions include:
