I am a US-based developer with 20 years' experience solving business problems, with eight years' experience with Microsoft CRM, going back to CRM 3.0.
Cut my teeth writing Access ("of Evil") applications in the pre-internet era, and wrote some of the first web sites on the internet (for a local band and a coffee shop). I've been working on the Microsoft Dynamics stack since my first job (well, technically, it wasn't Dynamics yet, since Microsoft hadn't bought Great Plains ERP yet).
I've done SharePoint and Project server installations, and then took on a position as a Program Manager for Dynamics CRM 3.0 & SharePoint 2003. From there, I developed my .Net programming skills and earned a position with the Harvard of Microsoft CRM, a position with the prestigious Sonoma Partners.
After a lightning 2 years with Sonoma, I needed to relocate to the DC area, and found another premier Partner in the Federal market. I am now leading their CRM Practice, recently playing a key role in earning the CRM Gold competency.
Example XRM applications I've been involved with include a residential leasing application, a purchasing approval engine, an SLDC management program, including release control & change management, and a service integration application for a major big-box retailer, integrating with their legacy inventory system.
Work Terms
As a working consultant with a Microsoft Gold Partner in CRM, I am only available for engagements which do not conflict with my corporate market. For the majority of engagements on Guru, this will not be a problem. Note that I will not be working on projects during typical business hours. I can typically communicate by email, but phone calls must be scheduled in advance, and unless in extremis will need to be after business hours
