A writer/editor full of cultural knowledge and intellectual curiosity.

I am an editorial assistant for the venerable American Heritage magazine and a regular contributor to such outlets as Intellectual Takeout, Fanfare, Crisis, and others. Most recently, I cataloged archival materials for the Louis Armstrong House Museum Project. Formerly, as Communications Intern for the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, I helped further the organization's truth-telling mission by writing reports and press releases, editing articles and grant requests, researching stories about conditions in former and current Communist countries, creating an official English style guide, and monitoring VOC's online and social media presence.
