Work Terms

I refer to work on an hourly basis but will take fixed price projects as long as the requirements are laid out and payment milestones are met. Invoices are sent monthly and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

I am always flexible in all terms needed to satisfy my clients.

Based on guru.com directives, all the payments are done through guru.com safepay invoicing and/or escrow only.

I would require 50% as setup fee for projects that are less than $5000 and would require 25% setup fee for projects that are more than $5000. After that the balance will be paid based on completing milestones as per the project plan or agreement.
