Hello there.

I have been with multinational BPO companies, handled different LOBs, catered and provided excellent Customer Service to consumers from different regions all around the globe. For the past decade, I've exhausted each and every opportunity I had to learn and improve myself while helping the companies I've been part of. Now, I have finally decided to work at my home office and take charge.

I have prepared myself well enough for this new journey. I have upskilled myself with various online training. Now, I am knowledgeable about E-commerce platforms( Shopify and Amazon FBA). I have my experience with different CRM(Salesforce, AmoCRM, Zendesk). I have attended numerous training for Social Media Administration, Online Bookkeeping, Graphic Design.

With these in hand, I want to help busy entrepreneurs take their business to the next level! Securing a project where my skills can be utilized by a progressive and innovative employer. A client who can offer a professional and flexible working environment which will enable me to grow holistically while meeting their goals, with the chance to work at home.
