My goal is to teach and pass on the knowledge I have gained in my career in offshore apparel production. I guarantee to offer ways to reduce risk, reduce lead time, and improve operations.

I have had many years experience in offshore apparel production for various international brands, such as Polo Jeans, Polo Sport, Pepe Jeans London, Caterpillar Apparel and others

Currently I am focused on apparel start ups, and existing apparel companies looking to produce offshore or improve their offshore operations.

I am able to consult with respect to proper procedures, sourcing suppliers, vetting suppliers, negotiations, payment terms, inspection and quality requirements, advantages and disadvantages of production in various countries, resolving supply problems, reducing risk, and the entire production process from A to Z.

I am available for one off consultations, as well as long term projects.
