My experience includes working with small businesses and startups for almost 20 years. I have either been one or serviced one as a lender, banker, HR or software service provider.

In my startups, I have created business plans and financials that have been fairly successful in raising capital to operate and survive the early years. I have raised through Private Equity, Commercial Lending, and Crowdfunding.

I have worked for startups in Finacial, Apparel, Real Estate, and Footwear Manufacturing.

Also versed in Bookkeeping, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Distribution, Import, Purchasing, HR (including payroll -with ADP, Paychex), Exel, MS Office, Social Media Marketing: Twitter, Facebook, Blog.

Work Terms

Can work up to 20 hrs / week. Prefer phone, face-to-face, email, IM, Skype, whatever it takes to maintain a clear concise line of communication to receive instruction, feedback and provide status and results.
