A motivated and experienced Lead Service Delivery Manager, with proven customer relationship and business development skills in Utility, Retail, Government and Corporate sectors.
I have held several senior IT management roles in both the public and private sector, from managing a team of 135 directly as an Field Area Manager, to EMEA Transformation Manager, Project Manager through to Lead Service Delivery Manager focussing on client engagement and business development.
As well as the experience, I have continued my management qualifications, from my first class honours degree, through my certificate in management to my MBA, which have all given me the basis to excel in the workplace, as well as the skillset to develop. I am also ITIL v3.0 foundation and Price 2 practitioner qualified.
