Ethical and Professional Customer Service Agent/Virtual Assistant
I'm an experienced customer service agent. Having excellent communication skills, I have worked for telecommunication companies in the US providing sales and technical support for the customers as one of their Tier II Supervisor Group Agent. I have also worked for one of the leading music licensing companies in the US as a General Virtual Assistant and was working with multiple salespeople and multiple accounts at once keeping sales processing smoothly. I'm also proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic designs helping them in their marketing strategies . I'm looking for a long term working relationship and is also searching for other opportunities for me to grow and to help you with the skills that I have gained as a customer service agent and as a rockstar virtual assistant.
