I am a tenured Leader in the BPO and RPO industry as my current and previous work. I provide strong guidance and support to my subordinates and stakeholders to achieve are goals. I am an Awesome Father of 3 and Loving Husband...I am a Family Man, Family motivates me to move forward. I have a strong belief in High Integrity to really show the work ethics of an individual.

My current Recruitment experience showed me that continuous learning must be the ideal goal of each individual to achieve his/her full capacity. While being part of Training and Development earlier in my career provides me with confidence and develop my communication skills as it is an essential factor to succeed in life.

Work Terms

Since this will be my first time to work home based, I preferred any Shift either Morning or Night shift. I can work full time or project based depending on the requirements.
