Work Terms

1. Scope of Work

The project scope and deliverables must be clearly defined and agreed upon before the start of any task.
Any changes or additional requests outside the initial agreement will be considered as additional work and may be subject to extra charges.

2. Timeline and Deadlines

All tasks and deliverables will follow the timeline agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
The client must provide all necessary information and approvals promptly to meet the deadlines.
Any delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the project timeline.

3. Communication

Communication will be conducted primarily through Guru platform or agreed upon messaging tools.
Regular updates will be provided to the client to ensure the project is on track.
The response time for inquiries or updates will typically be within 24 hours on business days.

4. Payment Terms

Payment will be processed through the guru Platform as per the agreed-upon milestones.
A 50% deposit may be required before starting the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Any additional services requested will be billed separately and require upfront approval.

5. Revisions

The project includes up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Further revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $15
Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential.
The freelancer agrees not to disclose, share, or use any information for purposes outside the project scope without explicit permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive all rights to the final deliverable.
The freelancer retains the right to include the completed work in their portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
