Mechanical Engineer - Project Manager - SolidWorks Expert
Michael is a mechanical engineer and project manager consulting on energy and oil & gas projects. He started Ganti Consulting in the Netherlands (2015) and is currently working on projects in the US and in Nigeria. Having started working professionally in 2005 and in the energy sector since 2007, Michael has worked in some capacity on five continents and has consulted for large public corporations, medium sized companies and start-ups. Michael's main talent lies in general problem solving, where his previous roles have required him to learn on the fly and do tasks with little to no previous experience. He is also a Certified SolidWorks Professional and has taught classes in both SolidWorks and SolidWorks Simulation.
Michael was born in Oklahoma City, USA and studied mechanical engineering at Trinity University (TX) where he also played varsity (American) football for two years. He is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new places. He is a native English speaker and has been learning Dutch. He enjoys jogging and basketball to stay in shape and has been volunteering weekly at the food bank in Amsterdam since Jan 2015.
