I'm an outsourcing professional and 15+ years of my career has been grown in support of contact centers supporting various lines of business from finance, Human capital management, Telco, and medical insurance to name a few. In support of various lines of business, I have assumed various roles from the team leader, quality analyst, training, and Virtual administration.
I'm an advocate of teamwork, and collaboration and have a great appreciation for high detail.
In the course of my career, I have learned the value of "business ownership" within the staff. This means having a proactive stance in support of the business. If I see something that can be improved or fixed I make sure to communicate and collaborate with my team to improve the identified opportunities.
