Michael W. Crosby, LLC, was formed in 2005 to be a CPA firm and acquired the assets of Mr. Crosby's pre-CPA proprietorship Crosby Bookkeeping and Tax Service. In January 2014, the firm acquired the tax practice Tax Service Professionals. Tax Service Professionals had been in operation since 1995 providing high-quality tax services in the South Belt area of Houston.

The firm provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to small business owners. Currently, the firm is building its portfolio of private school clients (early childhood - 12th grade).

Work Terms

With the exception of certain holidays, the firm is open weekdays 9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm CT. From mid-January to mid-April, the firm is open Saturdays from 9 am - 1 pm. In most cases, work is billed upon completion of the project. For ongoing accounting services, fees are billed the first day of the month. All invoices are due upon presentation.
