I have worked in the call center industry for 7 years. I have communicated with customers, via phone, email and chat. I am verse in having messages conveyed and understood through the previously mentioned channels. I prefer working with customers via email and chat.
Work Terms
I am willing to work 30 hours a week including weekends. The hours can be flexible. The hourly is negotiable based on the required hours.
