I am a hard working person that thrives on new projects and experiences. I always meet my goals and follow leadership instructions.
I have been a people and project manager for over 15 years. I have a unique talent for pulling apart processes and project request, to find a better- often out of the box solution. I worked for Amazon for 5 years and was promoted 4 times. I have the record for having the highest volume training program at Amazon because I created an implemented the international on-boarding and customer service program for all employees. I currently work at Nordstrom in Leadership Development, but I am looking for more opportunities to thrive in for instructional design, Leadership development, manager training, project management, process improvement and customer service.
Work Terms
I can work up to 20 hours a week, morning evenings and weekends. I am accustom to all styles of communication, especially virtual.
